When you choose my services at Flow Balance Design, you agree to follow my in-person or virtual design process. This involves providing me with key details about your lifestyle and space so I can tailor my designs to your needs. Please respond to my information requests promptly to ensure a smooth design experience.

If I don’t hear back from you within one month of my initial information request, I may have to cancel your order without a refund. I also suggest checking your spam folder in case my messages end up there. It’s important to stay on top of our communications, especially if you haven’t heard from me within three business days of your purchase.

Delays:

My services and pricing might change over time, so all services are valid for three months from the date of purchase. After three months, my pricing and availability might be different.

I understand that unexpected issues can come up, and I’m here to help. If you face delays or challenges, please contact me right away so we can work together to find a solution.

By purchasing my services, you agree to let me use before-and-after images of your space to promote my work. This helps me demonstrate the quality of my services to potential clients.

Supporting Small Business:

As a small business owner, I depend on marketing to grow and attract new clients. Sharing completed projects helps me thrive. By agreeing to these terms, you support my ability to continue offering excellent design services. Thank you!

If you prefer not to have your space or before images used for marketing, please let me know at the time of purchase. I will respect your preference and keep your designs confidential.
