Refund & Rescheduling Policy
My top priority is delivering outstanding service to all my cherished clients. I understand that sometimes plans change and you might need to reschedule an appointment.

Refunds Policy:
All sales are final. If you find you no longer need your purchase, I can transfer your credit to another service of your choice. I know life can be unpredictable, and I'm here to work with you to find a fair solution.

Rescheduling:
If you need to reschedule, please let me know at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. This helps me adjust my schedule and offer the slot to other clients.
For rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of your appointment, a $50 rescheduling fee will apply.
I understand that emergencies and unexpected events happen, and I’ll do my best to find a new time that works for you.
